Retro-Max8 Retro Gaming Console: Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Retro-Max8 Retro Gaming Console! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You may return the Retro-Max8 within 30 days of receiving the product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

  2. Condition of Product
    To be eligible for a return, the Retro-Max8 must be in new and unused condition and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Opened or used software and downloadable content (DLC).

    • Damaged or defective products due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.

  4. Return Process

  5. Return Authorization
    You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team. Please include this number in your return package to ensure the process is smooth.

  6. Return Shipping Costs

  7. Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  8. Restocking Fee
    A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns for products that are not defective or damaged.

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange.

  10. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange the Retro-Max8 for a different model or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  11. Late Returns
    Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

  12. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees paid for the initial purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or the return is a result of our error.

  14. Return Address
    All returns should be sent to the address provided by customer support when you receive your Return Authorization.

  15. International Returns
    For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and customs duties. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.

  16. Missing or Incomplete Returns
    If the returned product is missing accessories or components, or is returned in a non-original condition, we may deduct the cost of missing items from your refund.

  17. Refund Processing Time
    Once the returned product is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  18. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to initiate a return after receiving the product.

  19. Gift Returns
    If the Retro-Max8 was purchased as a gift, the return policy still applies. The original purchaser will be refunded, or the recipient can exchange the product for another.
